If you copy and paste numbers from financial statements into each cell, make sure you add three zeros. Financial statement numbers usually subtract three zeros, so the valuation won’t be accurate unless all your numbers are non-accounting style.
Also, keep in mind that the average growth rates used in this valuation significantly impact the final numbers. Feel free to use more conservative or aggressive numbers based on your own analysis in lieu of the averages.
Grey, yellow, and green cells will calculate automatically as the relevant data is added. The only cells that require you to input any information are the white cells.
