The 3 Stooges is a frequently-seen chart pattern that represents a reliable SHORT opportunity.
The pattern begins with a large Bullish Impulse leading to a PEAK or HIGH.
Price then begins a sharp retracement to form a RANGE LOW.
Either shortly before or shortly after that Range Low is formed, a 2ND (lower) PEAK/HIGH is made.
After the 2nd Peak and Range Low have formed, price experiences a cup-like bullish move putting in Successive HIGHER LOWS.
Those Higher Lows eventually lead to a 3RD PEAK/HIGH around the Midpoint between Peak #1 and Peak #2.
From that 3rd Peak, price FALLS back to the Range Low.
