This trading journal allows you to input your own markets, strategies, confluences, mistakes and candle setups to track your overall trading performance as well as the individual performance of up to six separate entry setups.
Not only will you get key data points on all your trades such as expectancies, averages, time of day/week statistics, best markets, most effective confluences, most expensive mistakes, and plenty more, but you will get all that data on your specific setups to hone in on exactly what works and what doesn't.

DAY - Data Format = Pop-Up Menu Entry = Monday - Sunday
DATE - Data Format = Number Entry = 1-31
TIME IN - Data Format = Number Entry = 1-24 (Round to nearest hour)

Notes:
The columns in the Journal page may periodically require you to change the Data Format back to Pop-Up Menu or other desired formats (ex: Number, Currency). If you click on cells to manually change the values or manually backspace the inputs, it can avoid the need to re-select the Data Format.
TIME IN and TIME OUT Journal entries must be whole numbers (1-24). If you want to include half hours (ex: 7.5 for 7:30am), you will have to change the tables in Time In Statistics and Time Out Statistics in the Day Statistics page. Just keep the 12 whole numbers you like and replace the other 12 with the ‘.5’ numbers you want to include.
When adding your inputs to CONFLUENCES and MISTAKES in the Journal page, make sure you have a ‘NONE’ value as one of your options so the formulas still work.
Formulas can’t divide by 0. If you receive errors in any tables that should be showing data, check to see if the relevant data inputs have any zeros, such as your R:R, %, P/L, etc.
If you want to change any names for the charts, just double click the name you want to change to start editing it. Names don’t have to be the same as your table or Journal names (they can be abbreviations), but they have to be in the correct order.
The Day Statistics page only tracks up to 31 days so if you want to track your performance for ever month separately rather than have one master journal, duplicate the file for every new calendar month.
